3:4 women running

running around playing mama. happy that i got to stay/work from home a bit, but not necessarily under the best circumstances. thankful for my in-law/nona (derived from “lola” which means grandmother in tagalog) who was able to babysit.

the little one is allergic to spider bites. a day after we iced the bite, a rash developed on his leg and his face had red blotches. this is the 2nd time this has happened. the first time i brought him to kaiser pediatrics and benadryl, calamine and oatmeal on the face were suggested. pobrecito. kawawa.

the cutest part of the night was seeing him gush over his sister who he hadn’t seen in 14 hours. he couldn’t stop kissing her and she was giggly over it.

it’s women’s history month so props to all the women who make things happen–lolas, mamas, sistahs, and those who may play the maternal role.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, more than 10,000 people gathered at the Rizal Park in Manila yesterday to form the largest human symbol. Organizers recorded 10,168 people joined the feat in making the biggest “Venus” or female symbol which could very well enter the Guiness World Record. (ANJO PEREZ). Article link here.
